Cancellation Policy
(Effective as of March 24, 2025) Welcome to Como Laya Resort! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask our guests to read and adhere to the following Terms and Conditions for Check-in. 1.Reservation and Payment Policy a. Booking Confirmation: a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. Proof of payment must be presented upon check-in b. Deposit Requirement: A refundable security deposit of Php 1,000.00 per villa may be required upon check-in for incidental charges and will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damages or violations occur. c. Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, GCash, and online bank transfer 2.Check-in Requirements a. Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. b.Identification: All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon check-in. c.Age Requirement: Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian 3.Guest Responsibilities a. Room Capacity: The maximum number of guests per room must be strictly followed. Extra guests will be charged accordingly. An amount of Php 750.00 per adult will be charged per extra guest. b. Damage & Loss: Any damage to resort property caused by a guest will be charged to their account. Loss of keys or resort items will also incur a fee. c.Noise Policy: Guests must respect quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment. d.Prohibited Activities: The following are strictly prohibited: Smoking inside rooms (designated smoking areas are available). Bringing in illegal substances or engaging in illegal activities. Cooking and/or Grilling inside the resort. 4.Resort Amenities and Facilities Usage a. Swimming Pool Rules: Proper swimwear is required. No running, diving, or rough play is allowed. Children must be supervised at all times. No intoxicated individuals are allowed in or around the pool. Pool hours are from 8:00AM-9:00PM. b. Pets may be allowed but must be supervised at all times. Any mess must be cleaned by the pet owner. A standard fee of Php 500.00 per checked-in pet will be implemented 5.Food and Beverage Policy a.
